The breakfast is exceptional, offering both familiar and new food items. the hotel location is in downtown, which was very convenient and within walking distance of popular attractions. the staff was friendly and accommodating.
The gym is in the basement and has older equipment. the glass enclosed jacuzzi was difficult to get into and very hot.

Overall the hotel was excellent. The shuttle service was their to pick up and drop us off. Also the hotel was not far from the airport and very central.

Location to inner city Guayaquil and the water front. Breakfast very good.
The crouds outside the hotel can be very confronting in the evenings if you are not used to South American city life.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the center of town. You can easily find plenty of fast-food establishments from pizzas to McDonald's and Kentucky Fried Chicken, as well as Ecuadorian fast food. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a neat and traditional design. the staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any requests. the buffet breakfast offers a great selection, and the chef prepares delicious omelets to order.
The only complaint was the noise from neighboring rooms, which could be a bit distracting at times.

Leaving
Toilet, Internet, hot water didn't work. Terrible view. Way over priced! Just a stop over room from flight from usa to Cuenca next morning. Late arrival...just wanted a good nights sleep before heading to Andes and we didn't get it! And we're not picky people, but for $170 we were really disappointed and it set a bad tone for a trip we were really looking forward to! Luckily rest of trip is going great!!

Nice location, save area, very clean rooms, quick and free wifi connection.
Too small swimming pool (it is more like a bath tub for 3-4 people).

The room was clean, staff friendly, good location near Malecon, extensive breakfast, luggage storage.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Location!
I requested airport transportation, and nobody showed up to pick us up. I called after 30 minutes and was told that in 10 minutes we will be picked up - once again nobody showed up for another half hour. I was told that the woman at the front desk was 'too busy' to request for someone to pick us up. Also, the rooms need upgrading.

Convenient location for exploring downtown sites and attractions. Helpful and friendly staff.- Good variety of food at breakfast buffet
Run-down rooms in need of refurbishment. Annoying check-in process and room requests not granted.

The location, in a very safe street and near the most important touristic attractions: Malecon 2000, St. Ana Church, Cathedral and Handcrafts market.

The breakfast was delicious and we were totally spoiled with the fresh fruit, hot empanadas and omelet options, granola and yogurt, fresh juice daily and the best coffee in the world. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating although our room was very small and without a view it was very quiet for sleeping soundly. Thanks!
